| 摘 要： | 近年来,公安民警遭受暴力袭击、诬告陷害、打击报复等不法侵害案件不断发生,反映了当前我国公安机关人民警察正当执法权益正受到严重侵害。公安执法受到挑战这种情况,削弱了公安队伍的战斗力。侵害公安民警执法权益的原因,既有主观因素又有客观因素,也与当前执法环境有着密不可分的联系。虽然有些地方的公安机关采取成立人民警察正当权益保护委员会等措施以保护公安民警正当执法权益,但是没有从根本上解决问题。只有通过法律确认权利,并建立相应的保护机制,才能保证公安民警的执法权益。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the cases of the public security police's being attacked violently,false charged and framed,and retaliated are continually occuring.The police's law executing rights protection being seriously affected has its both subjunctive factors and objective factors.Only by validating legal rights and by establishing corresponding mechanism for the protection can the police's rights of executing law be warranted. |
