| 摘 要： | 自1991年中越关系正常化后，两国经贸合作关系得到恢复和迅速发展。1991—2007年，中越双边贸易额从0．38亿美元激增至151．15亿美元，提前3年实现了两国领导人提出的到2010年两国贸易额达150亿美元的目标。中国已经连续4年成为越南最大贸易伙伴。
