陕甘宁边区劳模运动述论

陕甘宁边区劳模运动是延安时期党领导的大规模群众运动。它因时而生，经历了发起、初步发展、深入发展、高涨、调整巩固五个阶段，在边区各分区和各行业广泛开展，对增强抗战力量、巩固党的群众基础、提高人民群众的组织程度，起了积极的作用。

The Model Worker Movement in the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region

The model worker movement in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region was a large scale mass movement under the leadership of the Communist Party of China during the Yan＇ an era. The movement experienced five stages of emergence, preliminary development, further development, surge, and adjustment and consolidation. It developed widely in each district and occupation in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region. It played a positive role to enhance the power for the anti-Japanese war, to consolidate the party ＇ s mass basis, and to increase the organizational degree of the mass.
