党的建设要避免“选举党”和“革命党”两种倾向

毫不动摇地坚持中国共产党的领导,坚持党的执政地位,是新形势下加强和改进党的建设的第一位的任务。坚持党的领导和巩固党的执政地位,要避免党由执政党滑向＂选举党＂或退向＂革命党＂。党既要坚持长期执政,又要强调治国治党两手抓两手都要硬。党执政就是要搞建设谋发展,履行政治承诺,构建和谐社会,代表全体国民的利益,负有绝对责任,顺应民主潮流,推进以法治国,特别是要注重主观党建,探索一条在主观党建的外部环境下中国特色执政党建设的道路。

Avoidance of Tendency of ‘Election Party’ and ‘Revolution Party’ in Party Building

It is the first task of the party building in new situation to adhere unwaveringly to the CPC＇s leadership and governance.To adhere to the Party＇s leadership and consolidate its governance,it should avoid the tendency of ＇election party＇ or ＇revolution party＇.The Party needs both adhering to long governance and governing the country and the Party by the way of grabbing with both hands,two both must be hard.The essence of the Party＇s governance is to plan China＇ development,to fulfill its political pledges,to build the harmonious society and to advance the rule by law.Especially,it should be focused on the subjectively building party,through which can the road of governing party building with Chinese characteristics be explored.
