我国高职法律教育的反思及重构——以安徽警官职业学院为背景

当前，我国高职法律教育正处于发展的瓶颈时期。国家政策导向不明、学生学历层次较低和能力上的不足、学校的软、硬件条件受限等都成为制约学院发展的“瓶颈”。因此，法律类高职学校要继续生存和发展．一方面要积极探索依托行业的发展模式，以提升行业服务能力为切入点，走内涵式发展的道路，促进学院的转型发展；另一方面，要以“双师型”教师团队建设为抓手，转变办学理念，改革方法和手段、整合教学内容，提高学生的就业竞争力。

Reflection of Law Education of Vocational Colleges of China——From Anhui Vocational College of Police Officers Perspective

At present, the vocational education of law comes to a bottleneck period and has some problems, es- pecially in national policy, low academic level, software and hardware of the colleges, which has become the main factors that restricted the development of such colleges. Therefore, in order to continuely survive and develop, such vocational colleges should make efforts from two aspects： on the one hand, they should improve their ability to serve the industry and actively explore a developing pattern relying on industry so as to promote the transfor- mation of college; on the other hand, they should focus on promoting the professional development of the ＂dou- ble-eompetency＂teachers, reform teaching methods and means, integrate the teaching contents, and improve the students＇ competitiveness of employment.
