| 摘 要： | 党的十七大提出了要深化行政管理体制改革,建设服务型政府。勤政为民是服务型政府的第一要求,而目前政府勤政状况与服务型政府的要求还有一定差距。为此,应强化勤政理念教育,进一步转变工作作风,加强勤政能力和勤政制度建设,促进服务型政府的构建。

| Abstract: | The 17th conference of CCP puts forward a system reform to deepen administration,build service type government.Dili-gent performance is the first requirement of service type government for the people.Now,the requirement of service type government and government diligent condition still has certain gap.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen diligent system construction,reinforce diligent ability and the educational,further change working style of diligent concept,promote to build service type government. |
