| Abstract: | The Garofalo's theory of nature crime was the dawn of the moral criminology. He based his criminal conception, theory of criminal reasons and theory of criminal countermeasure on the basic morality, which have a deep influence on the western criminology. Re-analysing the moral criminology will be of great significance to the Chinese modernization of "rule by morality and rule by law. |
