| 摘 要： | 班组建设是工会服务企业发展、服务职工群众的一项重要群众性经济技术工作。通过深化企业基层班组建设,能够加快推进企业精细化管理进程。在长期的探索、实践和推进班组建设中,企业工会组织如何在班组建设中找准角色定位,使班组建设成效更突出、更受职工欢迎,需要认真调查研究和深入思索。
