| 摘 要： | 《北京市“十二五”时期职工发展规划》为北京市职工发展事业提出了宏伟目标，首都职工素质建设工程是推动广大职工素质提升的重要平台，根据《首都职工素质建设工程五年规划（2011-2015年）》的目标和任务，工程重心未来向职业教育转变是一大趋势。韩国永进大学是专科层次职业教育的示范性专门大学，培养目标立足于地方社会及企事业单位的人才需求，培养方式有校企合作、产学结合项目等，其经验对首都职工素质建设工程有积极的启发作用。

| Abstract: | Development Plan of Beijing "12th Five-Year" Period Workers proposes the grand goal for the employee career development in Beijing.Program of Quality-oriented Cultivation for Capital Workers and Staff Members is an important platform to enhance the quality of workers.According to the goals and tasks of Program of Quality-oriented Cultivation for Capital Workers and Staff Members Five-year Plan(2011-2015),the focus shifts to vocational education is a major trend.Yongjin University in Korea is the specialized universities for vocational education based on the school-enterprise cooperation and combining production projects. |
