| 摘 要： | 我国的老年福利制度的立法体系还存在许多不足之处,老年福利立法任重道远。面对日趋严重的老龄化问题,我国可以借鉴日本、韩国等周边国家和台湾地区的立法经验,完善我国的老年福利法律制度。

| Abstract: | China’s elderly welfare system legislation system also has many deficiencies,elderly welfare legislation shoulder heavy responsibilities to go.Faced with the increasingly serious aging problem,our country can draw lessons from Japan,Taiwan,Korea and other neighboring countries and regions of the legislation,perfecting the legal system of the elderly welfare. |
