警察激励机制的构建与实施

人民警察是打击犯罪、保护人民的主要力量,采用激励手段提高民警的积极性和主观能动性是提高公安队伍战斗力的有效措施。这就要求我们构建强有力的警察激励机制,加强思想政治工作以培育正确的需要观,建立良好的组织文化以增强组织凝聚力,开展教育培训以提升民警的能力和活力,增强以人为本的自主管理以调动民警的积极性和创造性。从人的高层次需要出发,运用目标驱动激励、情感沟通激励、成就赞赏激励、参与管理激励等方式激发出警察与时俱进的思想和积极进取的精神,切实提高警察依法执政的能力和水平。

On Construction and Implement of the Police Incentive Mechanism

The policemen are the main power to combat crime and safeguard people. The incentive ways to improve police＇s enthusiasm and subjective initiative are effective measures to enhance police force. It re- quires us to establish the powerful police incentive mechanism, to strengthen ideological and political work for the right view, to create a good organizational culture circumstance for the organizational cohesion, to educate and train them for the higher power and vitality, and to enhance independent of people-oriented man- agement for better enthusiasm and creativity. From the high level of human needs, by the goal-driven moti- vation, emotional communication, achievement appreciation incentive and participation motivation, we must inspire the policemen with the enterprising spirit so as to upgrade their power and enforcement with law.
