公共管理类本科人才培养现状的实证分析

摘    要:通过对陕西省5所高校公共管理类本科人才培养现状的问卷调查,利用教学活动满意度评价量表、实践活动满意度评价量表以及学生综合能力自我评价量表,分析当前公共管理本科人才培养模式,发现其还存在人才培养目标不够明确,实践能力培养不足等诸多问题。公共管理类本科人才培养应在课程设置、教学考核、实习实践等方面增加比重并有机结合,为人才培养目标的重新定位提供依据,为人才培养模式的创新研究提供基础。

Abstract:With the empirical survey,it analyzes the current situation in the public administration management undergraduate talent training of the five colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.Using the teaching satisfaction rating scale,practice satisfaction rat ing scale as well as students’ comprehensive ability self-rating scale,from two aspects of the personnel training process and the results of training of personnel;it summarizes the main issues of the public administration management undergraduate talent training Mode.The results show that the most prominent problem are the personnel training objectives being not clear enough and lacking practice capacitybuilding.Based on this,in order to provide a basis for innovative research of personnel training direction and model,it explores the direction of improvement of public administration management undergraduate talent training.
