| Abstract: | Forensic linguistics refers to the application of linguistic techniques to legal issues.This paper discusses the relevant issues between judicial system and linguistics,that is,the intersection between language and law,the intervention of linguists in lawsuit,the relationship between linguists and lawyers,the interpretation of jury's instruction and the issue of linguist as expert witness in the court. |
