Reasons and Countermeasures For Public-Order and Criminal Cases In Shuiren-Nanning Highway Construction

Shuiren-Nanning Highway is an important section of Chongqing-Zhanjiang Highway in the projects concerning the "Priority National Trunk Highways" and "three important road sections", a key construction project supported by the state. Since the construction started in August 2001, public-order and criminal cases have occurred frequently in Shuiren-Nanning Highway construction, and illegality and crime rate is increasing. In order to prevent and control the occurrence of public-order and criminal cases, we must improve the preventive mechanism for four key spheres and reinforce the struggle against five main crimes by cross application of comprehensive control in three aspects.
