| 摘 要： | 在和谐社会背景下,农民大量隐性失业和盲目的人口流动,农村社会管理体系的不完善,城乡之间制度性差别等问题,成为影响构建劳资双方之间的和谐、社会稳定和城乡居民之间和谐的诸多障碍。因此,只有切实地解决农民问题,寻求有效解决问题的途径,才能构建社会主义和谐社会。

| Abstract: | The great number of hiddenly unemployed farmers,the blind flow of population,the imperfection of the social management system in rural areas and some systematic difference between urban and rural areas have become obstacles to the establishment of a harmonious relation between labour and capital,urban and rural residents,and to social stability.Therefore,only by finding an effective way to solve problems facing farmers can we achieve a harmonious society. |
