| 摘 要： | "官员问责制"是我国政治体制改革进程中的一个重要标志.在某种意义上,它体现了政治民主、依法治国和以德治国的统一,也是体现"责任政府",推动中国政治文明建设的重要措施.加强制度化建设,强调权、责对等,是完善"官员问责制"的重要途径.
