随着教育教学改革的深入和素质教育的全面推动,学校图书馆的作用、功能将越来越大,图书馆建设和管理的现代化将成为学校现代化建设和管理的重要组成部分.然而,当前高校图书馆的建设和管理,无论从规模、藏书量、现代化建设的硬、软件设备、设施以及服务等诸多方面仍不尽人意,离现代化图书馆要求存在程度不同的差距,因此,从服务方式到管理手段的创新显得尤为重要.

The Discussion on the Initiative in the Construction of the University Library

With the development of the teaching reform and the promotion of quality education,the library in the university becomes more and more important.The construction and the modernization of management of the library will be significant parts of the construction and the management of the modern university.However,the construction and management of contemporary libraries cannot satisfy us on the scale,the number of books,equipments and service etc.As a result,the initiative on the way of service and the approaches of management is very important.
