试论社会交往对构建和谐社会的作用

当今,"和谐社会"已成为社会生活的主题词。一个和谐的社会,必然是一个可以自由交往的社会,而良性的社会交往,也必然进一步促进整个社会的和谐。社会交往有利于形成良好个性,促进人自身的和谐;有利于协调人际关系,促进人与人的和谐;有利于个体融入环境,促进人与社会的和谐;有利于沟通信息,缓解矛盾,促进全社会的和谐。
