| Abstract: | The Scientific Outlook on Development is a view on development rooted in human happiness and a view on development that seeks the universal hapiness of the vast people.Caring the people’s livelihood is the physical implication of the Scientific Outlook on Development regarding happiness,keeping the people’s dignity is its metaphysical implication regarding happiness,and strengthening humane care is its pratical implication regarding happiness. |
