| 摘 要： | 工会是集体谈判三方主体之一，其独立性、有效性等直接影响着集体谈判的功能和作用。本文借鉴国外集体谈判过程中工会的地位和功能，分析我国集体谈判中存在的一些问题，对构建和谐社会，促进经济发展有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | The trade union is one of the three subjects in collective bargaining. Its independence and effectiveness influence the function and effect of collective bargaining. This paper, using status and function in foreign collective bargaining as references, analyzes the current issues existing in collective bargaining of China. We hope our present study is helpful for constructing harmonious society and promoting economic development. |
