| 摘 要： | 社会保险法的基本原则是指导社会保险立法和司法的基本准则，在社会保险法中居于统帅的地位。在社会保险立法之际，预先对社会保险法的基本原则进行充分的研究探讨，对社会保险的立法及其后来的具体实施都具有重要的现实意义。本文在对各种相关理论观点比较分析的基础上，着重对社会保险法基本原则体系进行了系统的设计和论证，以期为社会保险法的制定提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | The basic principles of the social insurance law are the basic criterion of the corresponding legislative and judicial conducts and play a regnant role in the social insurance law. Sufficient arguments and studies on the topic in advance will make a great contribution to the legislation and the justice, especially when the draft is being investigated. This paper therefore mainly designs and demonstrates a systemic scheme of the basic principles on the basis of the comparisons and analyses of various related theories in order to provide reference materials for the establishment of the social insurance law. |
