当事入主义教学法在《国际商法》课程中的运用

摘    要:《国际商法》是经济管理、外贸英语类相关专业高等教育的主干课程。但该课程教学目前暴露出了许多问题,现有教学改革方案也不能完全有效解决其缺陷。为此,应当推广当事人主义教学法的运用。其运用的主要实现方略涵盖充分引导学生分析和自身最密切相关的国际商事法律规范、着力推动学生思考同自身密切相关的国际商事法律案例、时刻强调贯彻非法学专业的法律文化学教育和明确教学效果的考核四方面。

The Application of the Adversarial Teaching Method in the International Commercial Law Course

Abstract:The International Commercial Law is a core course in high education for the correlate profession such as economics and management, intemational trade English. But this course teaching exposes a lot of problems now, the current teaching reform plans also can' t resolve these defects perfectly. So we should bring the application of the adversarial teaching method for International Commercial Law course. Its application concrete achieve methods including four aspects: inducing students analyzing the most correlate international commercial legislation of them completely, trying our best to impulse students think correlate international commercial law case of themselves, al- ways emphasizing the legal cultural science education for non -law profession and emphasizing the examination for the teaching effects.
