| 摘 要： | 概述了城市公共管理与服务的现状、存在的问题及改善需求,通过与现有各类电子政务系统的比较分析,提出了一种基于城市公共管理服务的GBC模式和系统解决方案,强调政府、企业、市民的良性互动,利于创建有序和谐的城市管理局面,并对GBC的应用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The article summarized the status, existing problems and enhancing demands of urban public administration and services, through comparing and analyzing with each digital municipal system, proposed the GBC pattern and a system resolution which based on urban public administration and services, and emphasized the benign interplay of government, business and citizen, that is propitious to create a harmonious and ordered phase of urban administration. at last, the application prospects of GBC is viewed. |
