中国出口信用保险的现状、问题及对策

出口信用保险具有防范收汇风险的作用,同时具有融资条件宽松、手续简便易行的特点,日益成为中小企业贸易融资模式的首选。针对我国出口信用保险发展中的存在问题,银行、企业、政府必须通力合作,积极建立健全出口信用保险项下融资的制度体系,开展出口信用保险专项立法,建立风险基金制度,建立有效的国家管理机制,健全风险评估机制,完善效益控制体制,促进中国信用保险健康有序地发展。

The Reality, Problems and Countermeasures of China's Export Credit Insurance

Export credit insurance is a kind of trade financing methods to prevent risks of collection of payment with the features of simple financing conditions and convenient procedures.Under the present circumstances of difficult loan for small and medium-sized enterprises,increasingly it has been the trade financing preference for small and medium-sized enterprises which can meet the needs of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.Banks,enterprises and the government must all pull together to establish and perfect export credit insurance financing system,carry out export credit insurance special legislation,set up risk fund system and effective national management mechanism and perfect risk evaluation mechanism and benefit control mechanism to boost the healthy and orderly development of China＇s export credit insurance.
