| Abstract: | The realization of discipline of loss-compensation can coordinate social benefit relationship; solve the contradictions of interests’ distribution. Under the losses-compensation discipline of public policy to analyze the transform of college village officials, then we can establish the foundation for their role transformation after the expiration. |
