滇缅经贸合作与中国-东盟自由贸易区建设

中国—东盟自由贸易区建设是我国从周边安全、地缘政治、经济发展出发的战略决策,为滇缅经贸合作的发展提供了历史性机遇。云南从经贸合作的比较优势中提出了建设"五大通道"的目标,缅甸是云南目前最大的对外经贸合作伙伴,滇缅经贸合作要在巩固传统领域和优势产业合作基础上,将重点放在缅甸的石油和天然气资源开发上,加强对昆明—曼德勒经济走廊的研究和国际大通道建设,争取把瑞丽—木姐建成中国—东盟自由贸易区的先行示范区,发挥云南在中国—东盟自由贸易区建设中的桥梁纽带作用。

Yunnan-Myanmar Cooperation of Economy and Trade and the Construction of Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Zone

The construction of Sino-ASEAN free trade zone is an important strategy of China considering the border security, geographical politics, and economic development, and it has provided historical opportunities for Yunnan-Myanmar cooperation of economy and trade. Yunnan, considering its advantages in this course, has set up the goal of building "five great passages." Myanmar is now the greatest cooperation partner of Yunnan, and Yunnan-Myanmar cooperation must be focused on the exploitation of oil and the natural gas of Myanmar as well as the traditional fields and the advantageous industries. Further, efforts must be strengthened in the study of Kunming-Mandelay economic passage and the construction of the international passage. It is hoped that Ruili-Mujie area will be built into the first demonstrative spot of the Sino-ASEAN free trade zone so that Yunnan will give full play of its role in bridging ASEAN countries and regions.
