| 摘 要： | 通过分析发达国家食品安全监管机构体系三种基本模式的现状,结合食品安全监管的历史进程,总结其发展趋势。在此基础之上,比较分析我国食品安全监管机构体系与外国存在的差异,借鉴外国先进的监管经验,结合我国国情,形成一套良好的食品安全监管体系,切实保障食品安全。

| Abstract: | Analyzed the actuality of three basic food safety supervise system of developed countries,and combine the his- tory progress of food safety supervise,summarized the development current of food safety supervise.On a basic of foreign actuality,compared the difference of food safety supervise organization system between Chinese and foreign.At last,use for reference of the advanced experience of foreign food safety supervise mode,combined the situation of our country,form a good food safety supervise mode,protect food safety in deed. |
