| 摘 要： | 村民自治在给农村民主政治建设带来机遇的同时,也给乡镇政府传统权威带来了挑战。重塑乡镇政府权威,应着力改善基层党组织的领导,转变乡镇政府的领导方式,加强乡镇人大制度建设,加大乡镇政府对村民自治的指导力度。

| Abstract: | Villager autonomy is a great opportunity for the construction of democratic politics in countryside; meanwhile it is also a challenge for the authority of township government. To reconstruct the authority, emphasis should be placed on the improvement of leadership in grassroots Party organizations and the leadership transformation of township government. At the same time, we should strengthen the construction of National People's congress and enlarge the guidance of the government for villager autonomy. |
