校企联合促进高教改革的诉求目标及实现途径

与发达国家相比 ,中国高等教育存在的突出问题是教学活动缺乏实践性 ,其直接的原因是教师缺少一线的工程背景和教育思想的禁锢 ,中国校企合作的目标应定位于三个方面 :一是高校应成为企业的教育、信息与科研中心 ;二是要突出中国企业的科技文化品味 ;三是要培育全社会岗位教育、生活习得的教育观念。为此中国的校企合作可以从三个方面展开 :一是利用高校校园开展企业文化研究 ;二是企业要积极探索高校捆绑的途径 ;三是通过大学生的商务旅游提升高校、企业的教育理念。
