| 摘 要： | 正确地进行侦查辨认,有助于发现侦查线索,缩小侦查范围,澄清犯罪嫌疑或认定犯罪嫌疑人。侦查辨认是侦查破案中经常运用的一种侦查措施,是公开侦查措施中最重要的措施之一。我们在从侦查思维的角度研究侦查辨认这一侦查措施时,应着力寻求解决侦查辨认思维的应用问题。

| Abstract: | Right investigation identification is helpful for finding investigation clues,shrinking investigation scope,clearing criminal suspicion or the cognizance of criminal suspect.Investigation identification is an investigation measure used commonly in solving a case and one of the most important open investigation measures.We make efforts to look for application measures for solving investigation identification thinking when studying it from the point of investigation thinking. |
