| Abstract: | The exhibition and convention industry will accelerate the development of Guangxi economy, along with the fast growth of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area. The development of the industry in the region was restricted because of being short of the exhibit talents. This paper analyzes the demanding sorts and the recruiting ways of the stated talents, sums up Germany's successful experience of exhibition education, and puts forwards suggestions of improving the talents training levels in Guangxi institutions of higher education with the intention to provide reference for that region to cultivate strategies in that field. |
