| 摘 要： | 韩国新万金工程是目前世界上最大的填海造陆工程,计划在全罗北道的三江河口筑坝围海造陆,新造陆地4万公顷,打造一个集高新农业区、高科技开发、产业区、生态旅游开发于一体的"东北亚经济中心"。而黄河由于独特的水文和地质因素,数百年来一直在黄海和渤海沿岸造陆不断,这是大自然给予我们黄土高原水土流失的补偿,如果我们能参照韩国新万金开发的先进理念和经验,只需十余年,我们就可以拥有属于我们自己的"新万金"。

| Abstract: | Korea's Saemangeum Project is currently the world's largest land reclamation project.It plans to create about 40,000 hectares land in Sanjiang River,and establish the "Economic Center of Northeast Asia" which consists of high-tech agricultural zones,high-tech development,industrial zones,and eco-tourism development.Due to unique hydrological and geological factors,the Yellow River has created land in the coast of Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea continuously for hundreds of years.It is the natural compensation for erosion in the Loess Plateau.If we can refer to the advanced concept and experience of Korea's Saemangeum Project,we can make our own "Saemangeum Project" in the next decade. |
