| 摘 要： | 我国正处在由传统社会向现代社会转型的时期 ,社会转型引起了我国宪法的变迁和发展。文章通过对社会学上“社会转型”概念的分析和把握 ,对我国社会转型的主要内容进行了论述。进而对我国宪法基本权利理念和权利规范在社会转型时期的发展作了探讨
