| Abstract: | The new law of judge is of great significance to promote the citizens' participation in the justice and improve the people's faith.However,the relevant regulations of the law have not only hurt the citizen freedom of press,but violated the initial purpose of the systematic reform,which is needed to reflect again and reconstruct systematically. |
