| 摘 要： | 正确认识和处理社会和谐和社会矛盾的关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键。社会矛盾的产生既有物质利益、体制机制的原因,又有思想价值的原因。科学发展观实质上是解决社会矛盾,促进社会和谐的有效理路。
