| 摘 要： | 行政法上的效率是指行政法的制定、实施的成本与其所能够实现的行政主体行政活动以及行政相对人行为的成果之间的比例,是行政主体行政活动的效率与行政相对人行为效率的统一。行政法的效率原则是指以最小的行政法的制定、实施的成本尽可能地促进行政主体行政活动的效率与行政相对人行为效率的提高。

| Abstract: | Efficiency in administrative law refers to the contrast in cost of law making and executing against the output of administrative subject and the counterpart. It is also the unification of efficiency of the two parties. The principle of efficiency essentially means getting maximum production with minimum cost in administrative activities. |
