当前国内安全保卫教学科研工作改革刍议

在国内安全保卫工作形势日趋复杂多变的情况下,改进和提高国内安全保卫教学研究水平是公安教学科研部门有效对新时期、新形势、新任务的必然之需。当前公安院校的国内安全保卫教学科研中存在学科建设落后、教学内容相对陈旧、科研滞后于国保工作现实需求等方面的问题,必须不断加大教学科研的改革力度,对学科体系、基础理论、培养机制方面做出相应的调整,才能适应新时期维护国家安全和社会政治稳定这一国保中心任务的需求。

On Current Reform in Education and Scientific Research on Domestic Security Defense

Under the changeable and complex climate of domestic security defense,it's necessary to ameliorate the education and scientific research on it to cope with the new era,new situation and new requirements efficiently.1.Make necessary adjustments and revision to curriculum settings and relevant courses;2.Construct a positive interactive system integrating education and research into practice of domestic security defense;3.Understand the relation between theories and experience of domestic security defense correctly and handle it properly;4.Highlight the education on fundamental theories.
