| 摘 要： | 在两大法系,立法对商誉权的保护都比较充分。而我国对商誉权的法律保护散见于多部法律法规之中且不完善,因此有必要在立法上重新建构商誉权法律保护体系,建立适合我国的商誉权立法保护模式。
