| 摘 要： | “荣”和“辱”作为一对基本的道德范畴,其含义由来已久。而在我国市场经济条件下,一部分人的荣辱观错位,并产生了一定的危害。“八荣八耻”的提出,为人们确立了正确的社会主义荣辱观,而正确荣辱观的落实,关键要通过有效的制度来保障。
