| 摘 要： | 国外金融监管经历了从分业经营、分业监管到混业经营、混业监管的变革。从我国金融监管体制最终发展趋势上看,亦将从分业经营、分业监管变革到混业经营和混业监管。当前的金融分业监管体制适合我国现阶段的金融业发展状况。但现行金融监管体制存在着的许多问题,我们还应当有针对性的进一步加以完善。
