| 摘 要： | 评判侦查程序中检警关系构建是否合理的标准应该为能否实现侦查程序本身的运作目的,因此本文将侦查程序的目的划分为三个层次并以此来设定侦查程序中理想的检警关系所应该具备的功能,通过参照此种目标制度的功能设定,本文指出了我国现行检警关系所导致的侦查程序功能瑕疵并据此提出了优化我国侦查程序中检警关系的具体方案。
