| Abstract: | This article analyses and explores some practical issues in relation to allocation of price for vessel under relevant legal proceedings. These issues include the comparison of proceedings of registration and entertainment of claims and the participation in allocation in enforcement proceedings; the scope, term and forms of registration of claims; and the priority in allocation of various claims. |
