| 摘 要： | 公安信息化建设的理想状态即消除信息贫困,构建全警共创的信息环境,达到信息资源最大范围内为公安工作服务。以此理想状态来审视当前公安信息化工作,不难发现其中存在着公安民警信息能力不强等诸多问题。当前警务工作主要有三种模式:及时到位的快速反应工作模式、以防万一的预警工作模式、人员加机器的值守工作模式。公安信息化建设催促了以上三种警务工作模式的融合,形成了一种新的警务工作模式——网络中枢型警务工作模式。
