| 摘 要： | 广州铁路新客站建设导致番禺区钟村镇在急剧的城市化转型中出现了土地规控征用、土地供应短缺、土地使用"破碎化"与拆迁安置等土地资源利用与空间整合问题。要消除目前钟村发展的土地利用问题,有必要在土地征用制度、土地集约利用、经济发展用地的使用等多方面进行改革。

| Abstract: | The construction of the new passenger railway station in Guangzhou has given rise to quite a few problems under the drastic urbanization of Zhongcun Town in Panyu District,such as land expropriation out of order, the shortage of land supply,land fragmentation and the difficulties of removal aftercare.To settle these issues must carry out a series of manifold reforms including land expropriation system,land intensive exploitation,land usage for economic development etc. |
