| 摘 要： | 在我国刑法分则规定的涉及经济、财产、毒品和职务等数额型犯罪中,犯罪数额的计算对定罪量刑具有重要作用。笔者拟就刑法规定的对犯罪数额计算的原则和方法进行深入的分析,以期有助于刑法立法和司法的完善。

| Abstract: | In the amount crime relating to economy,property and headship set in the criminal special provisions,the calculation of the crime amount plays an important role in the determination of guilt and penalty and also has many difficulties in the judicial practice.The article intends to analyze deeply the principle and method of the calculation of the crime amount,so as to redound to the perfection of the criminal legislation and judicature. |
