| Abstract: | The wide teachers at colleges and universities play a decisive role as the main part position and function in the trade unions and teachers'congress. Only we could bring the activeness of the wide teachers into full play and rely on the wide teachers to participate in the democratic politics construction of the colleges and universities, and only this is the premise and the guaranty for making a good job of the trade union at colleges and universities and the teachers'congress work. |
