四川农村当前社会治安存在的问题、原因及对策

随着改革开放不断深入,四川农村社会治安出现了一系列问题,包括社会矛盾的普遍化；防控体系的破碎化;犯罪行为的集中化和社会风气的糜烂化.原因在于城乡发展不均衡和基层政权控制能力下降,以及法制宣传教育的缺失.通过农村政治经济建设,完善治安管理体系,加强法制宣传教育,实现农村社会治安多中心治理,才能实现农村的长治久安.

On Existing Problems, Causes and Countermeasures of Social Security in Rural Areas of Sichuan Province

With the deepening of reform and opening up policies, a series of problems involving with the public security in rural areas has been raised up： the generalizing social conflicts, the incomplete prevention and control system, the centralizing criminal acts and undermining social morality. The reasons as follows： the imbalanced urban-rural development, the decrease of the local government＇s management capability and the lack of legal education. This paper suggests that only by the economic and political construction, improving of public security system, enhancing legal education for polycentric rural social governance, we can guarantee long-term stability.
