刍议文章摘要与文后参考文献规范化问题——以法学期刊论文写作规范为视域

近年来,法学期刊发展较快,在人文社会科学期刊阵营中较有影响.法学专业人士投稿踊跃,法学论文繁多.纵观这些论文,优秀作品不少,但亦有相当多稿件存有问题,除文章质量外,主要体现在论文的规范化方面,譬如文章摘要和文后参考文献规范化尚存不少瑕疵,需引起法学论文写作者高度重视.
