| 摘 要： | 刑事侦查的联合专案小组,其组织体系有别于传统的组织体制。其内容涉及到专案组织的性质、专案组织的形态、专案组织的结构及其专案组织的组成。透视分析专案组织的体系有利于革除专案组的弊端发挥其优势,为刑事侦查特别是重大案件的侦查提供有力的保障。

| Abstract: | The organization system of criminal investigation group differs from traditional ones.It includes the nature,forms,structure and constitution of the special investigation group.Analyzing the organization system of special investigation group is beneficial for eradicating its malpractice and giving full scope to its advantage,and thus to provide powerful guarantee for criminal investigation especially investigation of major cases. |
