实现社会公平正义是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要目标,司法公正是社会公平正义的底线,公正司法作为司法公正的实现途径,是构建和谐社会的基础性保障。文章通过分析我国当前不公正司法的表现、成因及其对构建社会主义和谐社会的危害,提出促进公正司法的对策和建议。

Impartial Judicature and Building A Harmonious Socialist Society

It is the main goal of socialism to ensure justice and fairness which should be safeguarded by impartial judicature. Impartial judicature is the channel to achieve justice as well as the foundation of a harmonious society. This paper puts forward some measures to ensure impartial judicature based on analyzing the causes for injustice of the judicature in contemporary China and its damage to the construction of a harmonious society.
